legal system.

Press Release Body = Comedian Robin William once said, "Ah, yes, divorce ... from
the Latin word meaning to rip out a man\'s genitals through his wallet." While
extreme, it is an unfortunate perspective shared by many men when faced with the
emotional and financial strains of ending a marriage. With an estimated 50% of all
marriages ending in divorce and a pervasive attitude that the courts don't always
render decisions that are gender neutral, men are often relegated to feeling
powerless in the face of the legal system.

In his many years of experience as an established family law practitioner, David
Pisarra, Esq. has seen the harsh inequities men face in divorce and child custody
cases and has responded by creating an organization dedicated to addressing the
special needs of men in the family law arena. The Men's Legal Center has been
created specifically and solely for men to receive expert legal representation in
divorce and custody proceedings while providing support programs and counseling
designed to address their particular needs.

"Aside from the emotional difficulties that come with divorce, many men realize too
late that marriage is actually a business contract," says Pisarra from the Men's
Legal Center office in Santa Monica, CA. "We see too many men entering into
proceedings without a complete understanding of what to expect and how to protect
themselves. We have created an environment for men to get their family law needs met
as well as providing a forum to discuss their situations with other men going
through similar situations so they don't feel they are walking into battle alone."

While the financial ramifications of divorce are certainly of great concern to men,
it is often child custody issues that cause the greatest stress. The Men's Legal
Center bases its representation on the premise that shared custody and
responsibility is ultimately in the best interests of all concerned and statistics
overwhelmingly support this view.

The National Center for Health Statistics reports that \"Children who grow up without
a father present, even when adjustments are made for income, are 75% more likely to
need professional assistance for emotional problems, twice as likely to repeat a
grade of school, and more likely to suffer a wide variety of other disorders
including anxiety, peer conflict, and hyperactivity."

Additionally alarming statistics include the National Principals Association Report
which states that 71% of all high school dropouts come from homes where there is no
father present and the U.S. Bureau of the Census reporting that 90% of homeless
children and 63% of youth suicides are from fatherless homes.

"Despite the evidence, there are numerous reports showing that up to half of all
mothers don't see any value in their children's fathers having continued contact,"
says Pisarra. "Not only is this just wrong, I can guarantee you that half of all
fathers don't feel the same way."

With group and individual counseling sessions led by experienced family counselors,
the Men's Legal Center offers support to men often having to face a social prejudice
in regards to their role in their children's lives.

"This idea that women are automatically considered better caretakers just doesn't
hold weight in today's society and we feel it's very important for each parent to
have an equal role in raising their children," says Pisarra. "We aren't about
bashing women. We're about looking out for Dad's who want to be fully involved in
their children's lives."

Suits and Child Support, the Men's Legal Center is located at 1305 Pico Boulevard in
